Liberia and Ivory Coast:

The above report is made possible by a united sacrificial team here and abroad.  Only in the unity of us all can the above be a reality and even increase.

The video below, less then 3 minutes, is of our teams going out.  Junior was on one of the teams.  He was going down a big rutted hill and hit a deep hole.  The wreak caused cuts to both legs, both hands and one arm.  There were numerous cuts and scraps to his face, his chin required 4 stitches.  The bike was badly damaged as was his helmet.  The team was on two bikes, the driver of the second bike, George, put Junior on the back of his bike.  He slumped onto George bleeding and semi-conscious.  The road was rough, muddy, dangerous and there was rain.  In these conditions, Junior had to ride back to Zwedru, our base.  It took them 3 hours.  When they arrived he slumped to the ground.  Immediately we took Junior to our hospital.  The next morning a repair team was sent to fix and retrieve the bike. 

Junior is ok.  Most of his injuries have healed.  On his face, he will carry the scar of a solder of the cross, for life.  All our leaders have wreaked, all have been hurt, bruised and bled.  Many have had broken bones and have scars.  This is the cost of discipleship, the cross we carry with joy.

June 2020 Video Update

While preparing the video I noticed the pictures, shown below, of Juniors damaged, bleeding hands.  I was stunned.  It was not staged or planned.  Immediately, these verses came to mind:

When Jesus was praying to His father about us, He said, “As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world.”  John 17:18

“Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.”  Matthew 16:28

“Is not the cup of thanksgiving for which we give thanks a participation in the blood of Christ? And is not the bread that we break a participation in the body of Christ?”  1 Corinthians 10:16.

As His disciples we all have been sent.  We have all been commanded to deny ourselves, take up our cross and follow Him.  As He was sent into the world to bring salvation for the lost, He has given us the assignment to bring the lost to Him for salvation.  As we take Communion we make an oath to our Lord Jesus to also participate in the sacrifice.  We may not all be able to go but we all must participate in the sacrifice. 

The picture below is of Precelous Wright, a young teenager, hiking through high water.  She says, “I was created to do the mission.”  She goes and proclaims to the lost, to those that are hard to reach.  She comes to us asking to go and returns rejoicing, often hiking 4-6 hours a day.

Amos, below, is going to the isolated villages teaching about the virus and distributing hand washing buckets for their village entrances.

We go!!!  We go to the ends of the earth evangelizing, discipling and church planting.

The motorbike below is loaded with metal sheets for the roof of a newly constructed church building.  Praise God, as other once churchless villages now have churches this village will also no longer be churchless.

Participate with us in praise and prayer:

• Praise:  It can take 4-5 months for a shipment from the US to reach our base.  We thank our Lord that our replacement generator for the press shop has arrived along with 5 barrels filled with tracts donated by World Missionary Press.   
• Praise: Our newly formed indigenous missionary team has moved onto our base.  They are going through additional training before moving to live and minister within two unreached, resistant, Muslim tribes. 
• Pray: For the funding of a third team to go to the last 2 unreached tribes in Liberia where we do not have an indigenous missionary team. 
• Pray: For our team in Ivory Coast.  The church there is so corrupt, cold and hardhearted. Also, they have 36 unreached tribes of 7 million.
• Pray: Please pray for our safety as we continue to boldly and fearlessly march into and live within the strongholds of Satan to, “snatch others from the fire and save them.” Jude 1:23.
• Pray: For increased donations.  Our neighbors, Sierra Leone and Guinea, are asking us to start this ministry in their country also. They have many unreached tribes of millions.

100% of all donations go to the mission. None is used for administration. Tax-deductible receipts will be sent each January.
