The above report is made possible by a united sacrificial team here and abroad. Only in the unity of us all can the above be a reality and even increase. We have spread across Liberia and are inthe neighboring countries where we evangelize, disciple and church plant.

Our teams continue to advance against Satan’s strongholds:

“From the days of John the Baptist until now now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it.” Matt 11:12. In the month of July, we impacted over 6,000 people, resulting in many salvations and 112 being baptized. The Church of our Lord has been strengthened and enlarged. Below are a few of our many testimonies:

Our new Sierra Leone indigenous missionary team baptized 78 persons in one day last month. The town is of the Temene-Banta tribe. It is a tribe that has been reported as having no evangelical Christians. After the baptisms the town chief gave us land and permission to construct a church building. The new believers are now cutting trees for the construction of the church. This is historic! It will be the first time a church has ever been in the town.

Our indigenous missionary team in Gbaroplu County, Liberia is working with the unreached Mende Muslim tribe, it is a powerful stronghold of Satan.  Recently, they entered the town that is the Islamic tribe’s spiritual center. The town has a law: No Christians, No evangelism, and No churches. This law has been in affect for generations. After much prayer, our team entered and asked to have Christian services in the town. There was much opposition! The towns people came together and argued, heatedly, for long. But, praise God, they agreed to allow us to have a service on Friday. At the first service 13 attended! We now have permission to have two services a week one on Friday and one on Sunday.  They also gave us permission to show the Jesus Film. Again this is Historic! The Islamic spiritual center, the Mecca of the tribe, has allowed weekly Christian services.

Our indigenous missionary team in Lofa, Liberia, went to a town of an unreached tribe. The town had expelled all Christians. Everyone in their town had to attend the mosque or leave. The Christians left forming their own town across the river. The Islamic town also has the law: No Christians, No evangelism, and No churches! When our missionary team entered the Islamic town they were told to leave and go to the Christian town. Our team went to the Christians and taught them from the Bible. They were well received in the Christian town and were invited to return to teach them more. Every time our team visits the region they spend time in both towns. The Islamic town had never had a movie projected on a big screen before. So, out of curiosity, they agreed for our team to show the Jesus film, in their language. They loved the show and invited our team to return to show another Christian film. Compassion opens closed doors. Our next visit we will bring our optical kit. We will test their eyes for the right prescription and provide affordable, new, quality glasses, at our cost. Again, at their request, for the third time, we will show a Christian film. The pictures below are of river crossings:

The challenges of the road:

The pictures below show why we use motorbikes:

The below pictures are of a team on bush trails:

The bikes are dangerous. Usually there are several of our leaders, at a time, with wounds. Below is one of our leaders who was in an accident. She was returning home from a mission. All our leaders have been wounded most have scars and had broken bones.

Participate with us in praise and prayer:

  • Praise: 4 American missionary trainees are with us.  Their purpose is to be trained as missionaries.  Their desire is to go, as missionaries, to the unreached tribes with the gospel.
  • Pray: “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Matthew 9:37-38.
  • Pray: There are 393 unreached tribes, 147 million souls, in West Africa. Pray that each person will hear the gospel. Pray that His Church will go to them in obedience.
  • Pray: Please pray for our safety as we continue to boldly and fearlessly march into and live within the strongholds of Satan to, “snatch others from the fire and save them.” Jude 1:23.
  • Pray: “Finally, our friends, pray for us that the Lord's message may continue to spread rapidly and be received with honor, just as it was among you. Pray also that God will rescue us from wicked and evil people; for not everyone believes the message.” 2 Thessalonians 3:1-2.
